Partner Privacy and Policies
This Privacy Policy sets out how Kourierly uses and protects any information that is provided when a person
uses the Kourierly Partner mobile application, related websites, support channels, and associated services.
Kourierly is committed to ensuring that privacy is protected and that information is handled in accordance
with this Privacy Policy, applicable law, and lawful platform requirements. This Privacy Policy should be
read together with the Kourierly Partner Terms and Conditions, onboarding disclosures, permission prompts,
and any other notices provided within the app or through Kourierly’s official channels.
1. Scope
- This Privacy Policy applies to delivery partners, applicants, account holders, and users who access,
register for, interact with, or otherwise use the Kourierly Partner app and related services. This
policy may also apply to certain interactions through Kourierly websites, support channels, compliance
checks, incentive programs, promotions, referral programs, future subscription services, and operational
systems connected to the partner platform.
- This Privacy Policy does not apply to independent third-party websites, banking apps, UPI applications,
SMS providers, insurance providers, or external services that are governed by their own terms and
privacy practices.
2. Information Collected
Depending on the services used, features enabled, permissions granted, business requirements, and applicable
law, Kourierly may collect, receive, verify, generate, or otherwise process the following categories of
information:

Identity and account information, such as full name, mobile number, profile photo, date of birth,
residential address, emergency contact details, gender where applicable, and other registration details.

Verification, KYC, and compliance information, such as government-issued identification, PAN details
where required, driving license details, vehicle registration certificate, insurance, permits, tax
details, pollution certificate, address proof, bank or payment verification records, selfies, and other
onboarding or re-verification documents.

Vehicle and operational information, such as vehicle type, registration number, service area,
availability status, trip acceptance and completion history, cancellations, ratings, complaints,
referral records, incentive participation data, and subscription or plan-related activity if such
features are introduced.

Location information, including precise, approximate, foreground, or other permitted location data,
where enabled or required for order assignment, route support, live status, serviceability checks, fraud
prevention, partner safety, proof of activity, and operational management.
- Delivery, transaction, and earnings information, such as order details, delivery charges, incentives,
promotional benefits, rewards, direct payment references, transaction logs, settlement references,
support adjustments, refunds, reversals, penalties where lawful, and accounting or audit records.

Communications and support information, including calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp or chat interactions, app
notifications, support tickets, investigation notes, issue reports, and communications with Kourierly
teams, merchants, or customers to the extent relevant to platform operations.

Technical and device information, such as device model, operating system, app version, IP address,
device identifiers, language settings, crash logs, performance logs, diagnostics, anti-fraud signals,
and app interaction data used to improve service reliability and platform integrity.
3. How Information Is Used
Kourierly may use information for the following purposes:
- To create, verify, administer, and maintain partner accounts and onboarding records.

To evaluate eligibility, confirm identity, prevent impersonation, conduct compliance checks, manage
safety workflows, and detect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.

To provide and operate partner app features, including trip assignment, status management, route-related
support, earnings records, support operations, rewards, promotions, referral programs, and future
subscription or paid partner-service features if introduced.

To communicate important information regarding account activity, support, onboarding, transactions,
incentives, rewards, subscriptions, promotions, app changes, operational updates, policy updates, legal
notices, or service interruptions.

To improve the app, strengthen platform security, monitor service quality, conduct internal analytics,
manage customer and merchant complaints, and support internal business operations.

To enforce the Kourierly Partner Terms and Conditions, investigate misconduct, restrict misuse, and
comply with legal, tax, regulatory, audit, or law-enforcement requirements.
4. Legal Basis, Consent, and Permissions

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, Kourierly may rely on user consent, contractual
necessity, legitimate business interests, legal obligations, fraud-prevention needs, and platform-safety
requirements as legal bases for processing information. Where collection or use is not obvious from the
app experience, Kourierly may provide additional in-app disclosures, prompts, or consent requests before
collection or use.

If a user denies certain permissions or later disables them, some app functions may become limited,
unavailable, or less effective.
5. Location Data
Kourierly Partner may request access to location services to support order allocation, route assistance,
live partner status, serviceability checks, safety workflows, trip validation, dispute resolution, and fraud
prevention. If background or other sensitive location access is used, Kourierly should ensure appropriate
in-app disclosures, permission prompts, and public disclosures remain aligned with actual app behavior and
Play Console declarations.
6. Payments, Incentives, Promotions, Rewards, and Future Subscriptions

Kourierly may maintain operational records relating to deliveries, direct customer payments, incentives,
promotional credits, referrals, rewards, disputes, subscription or plan enrolment records, and
accounting or audit needs. Features such as promotions, rewards, bonus programs, referral schemes,
loyalty benefits, partner subscription plans, or paid partner-service features may be introduced,
modified, suspended, withdrawn, replaced, limited, or discontinued at any time, with or without prior
notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Eligibility criteria, benefits, pricing, duration, availability, service areas, usage rules,
cancellation rules, renewal settings, fee structures, deductions, and operational conditions for any
such features may vary and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such
updates may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms or applicable feature conditions to the extent
permitted by law.
7. Sharing and Disclosure
Kourierly may share information only as reasonably necessary for service delivery, support, compliance,
fraud prevention, safety, platform operations, and lawful business needs, including with:
- Technology, hosting, communication, analytics, support, and infrastructure service providers.

Verification, identity, compliance, insurance, legal, anti-fraud, risk, audit, and security partners.

Merchants, customers, support teams, operations teams, or authorized representatives to the extent
reasonably necessary to complete deliveries, resolve complaints, or manage incidents.

Government authorities, regulators, tax authorities, law-enforcement agencies, courts, or other
competent authorities where required by law, legal process, or reasonably necessary to detect, prevent,
or address illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, or prohibited conduct.

Investors, acquirers, affiliates, successors, or business transferees in connection with a merger,
financing, restructuring, sale, due diligence process, or similar transaction, subject to applicable
confidentiality obligations.
8. Data Retention
Kourierly may retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for onboarding, operational records,
dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, tax and accounting requirements, safety
investigations, audit trails, enforcement of rights, and legitimate business purposes. Even if an account is
deleted, certain records may continue to be retained where necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention,
security, safety, insurance, dispute, or regulatory reasons.
9. Account Deletion and Data Deletion

Kourierly Partner may allow users to request deletion of their account from within the app through the
account or menu settings. Kourierly may also maintain a website-based deletion request option so users
can request deletion without reinstalling the app. When an account deletion request is processed,
Kourierly may delete or de-identify the relevant account data, except for information that must be
retained for legal, tax, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention, safety, dispute, insurance,
platform-integrity, or regulatory purposes as permitted by law.

Kourierly may reject, delay, or limit deletion requests where identity verification is incomplete, fraud
is suspected, obligations remain outstanding, legal restrictions apply, or retention is otherwise
required or permitted by law.
10. Data Security
Kourierly may use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect
information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no
security system is completely foolproof, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
11. User Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, users may request access to certain personal information, correction of
inaccurate information, account deletion, or withdrawal of certain permissions through the app, support, or
any published privacy-request channel. Kourierly may require identity verification and may refuse, defer, or
limit requests where permitted by law or reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, legal compliance,
safety, contractual enforcement, or protection of the platform and other users.
12. Children and Eligibility
Kourierly Partner is not intended for children and should only be used by persons who satisfy the applicable
legal and operational eligibility requirements for partner onboarding and lawful delivery activity.
13. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Kourierly may revise, update, or replace this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in law,
platform features, business practices, security measures, subscriptions, promotions, partner services, or
operational models. Kourierly may provide notice of material changes through the app, website, SMS, email,
or other reasonable channels, but to the extent permitted by law, Kourierly shall not be required to provide
individualized advance notice for every operational, promotional, technical, or feature-related change.
